We were one of the first to move in and enjoy the quietness and our neighbors. No frills but that is fine. Daniel the maintenance tech is awesome. Always is attentive and so is the new member on his team. Do not see much of the property management and not sure what the big fancy office is for downstairs but no mind. Never see anyone there but once a month. As long as the coffee maker is clean and filled.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Riverline. It’s a nice new building and the staff are very responsive. It’s super centrally located, walkable and convenient to get anywhere quickly. I’d highly recommend it!

The building is awesome: super practical, well-lit, friendly residents, with a smart layout and all appliances up-to-date! I love that it’s just outside the downtown corridor — near everything but calmer and quieter. Perfect for walking/biking to work.

We’ve lived here for 2 years now and thouroughly appreciate the cleanliness of the building, wonderfully spacious unit, and accessibility to downtown!
